Automatic PCB Online Laser Marking Machine

The automatic PCB laser marking machine is a new type of high efficient intelligent marking machine developed by GEM laser for the application of electronic industry. A special type of machine specially used to engraved bar code, two-dimensional code, character, graphics and so on the printed circuit board. It integrates high performance CO2/Fiber/ ultraviolet light source and high pixel imported CCD camera, with high-precision linear module to achieve automatic localization before marking and automatic reading and grading after marking. It can achieve PCB positive and negative marking by flip plate machine. The machine can connect with the customer information system through the special software developed independently. The marking information can be automatically generated by the software system and can be transmitted by external communication (RS232 or TCP/IP). It can operate in line with the SMT line, and can also make up the off-line workstation with PCB feeding machine.
