Handheld Laser Engraver

The handheld laser engraver is a new product of our company. It is small and convenient. It is handheld operation and can laser mark large mechanical parts in any direction, which solves the problem existing in large mechanical parts of laser marking. It can be widely used in large equipment manufacturing industry, such as rail, wheel hoop, train manufacturing, aircraft manufacturing, hydraulic generator, wind turbine, turbine motor, engine, large bearing, shipbuilding, and large mold. In short, the handheld laser engraver can flexibly process around the parts.

1. The handheld laser engraving machine is equipped with universal clamp, and it can be placed on the clamping rack at various heights and directions.
2. There are two convenient fixed focal modes, which can be precisely adjusted.
3. The handheld laser marking machine uses fiber laser. Its characteristics are: the photoelectric conversion efficiency is up to 30% and the beam quality is good, it has high efficiency, the long life (the average life is one hundred thousand hours), free from maintenance, small volume, air-cooling and low energy consumption. The operation cost is very low.

Features of handheld laser engraving machine equipment:


1. It adopts the integrated modular overall structure design, and its operation process is humanized.
2. It adopts the third generation fiber laser. The electro-optical conversion efficiency is up to 60%, and the beam quality is excellent (M2<1.4).
3. Excellent beam quality creates super-fine precision marking effect. The beam quality is much better than the traditional solid laser-marking machine. It outputs for the base mode (TEM00), and its focus spot diameter is less than 20 um. The divergence angle is 1/4 of the semiconductor pumped laser. It is especially suitable for fine and precise marking.
4. It adopts high-speed scanning mirror. The marking speed is fast, which is more than 4 times higher than that of ordinary YAG and DP semiconductor marking machines. It has high efficiency, and save time and labor cost.
5. It is full air-cooling, no consumables, five years free from maintenance, and low cost. It is power and energy saving, the power of the whole machine is only 500 W. Compared with lamp pumping and semiconductor laser marking machines, the annual electricity fees can be saved by 20 to 30 thousand yuan.
6. It is marking environmental protection, and it does not fade permanently. It is in line with the RoHS standard.
7. The function of marking software is powerful and can be compatible with Coreldraw, AutoCAD, Photoshop and other software files. It also supports PLT, PCX, DXF, BMP and so on, it can directly use SHX, TTF font, and support automatic coding, print serial number, batch number, date, bar code, a two-dimensional code, automatic jump number and so on.
8. It is easy for maintenance, and the service life is long. It has a small size, saves space, and is suitable for harsh environment.
